hi terry, thanks for the share..So, having a lot of viral loads doesn't mean you are chronically infected ???Im drinking Nestle Fresh Milk, does it contribute in fast growth(multiplying) of the virus?

Hi
You don't know if you are chronic or accut hbver!
For this you have to choose a good doc and repeat again tests.and if you have data before that you are infected more than 6monthes you are chronic.then other tests should be done to know in such phase you are.

no too long to post again, check hbv phases on older posts by search.in every phase all tests have different meaning

usually the higher the virus the less the damage (immune tolerant).the damage is made by our immune system, not the virus

check your alt and fibroscan value, if normal you don t need any treatment
that made me very confuse , is that means we have low hbvdna < 20 is that made a lot of damage to liver?

Am I still allowed to drink fresh milk?

yes but keep in mind milk products promote cell growth and thus can promote cancer and that milk which is not organic is full of crap the animals eat like cereals, hormones, antibiotics......not a healthy food at all

check that your vitd25oh is 90-100ng/ml, you are 100% deficient on this and immune system can t work properly

my sgpt is 60.20

you are not tolerant, check fibroscan and find an expert liver specialist.tenofovir is the best antiviral which will make hbvdna undetectable but that does not mean there is no virus, it means only replication is lowered, immune attack is lowered and so liver will have less damage

look all old posts about the infection, hbv is a virus that makes no damage on the contrary infected cells live longer and are protected from oxidative damage more than non infected cells.of course this is only when we are on tolerant phase
latest discovery is that babies infected with hbv have stronger immune system against all infections

and the higher the virus the less immune response and the less damage, i think you dont have knowledge of what we are made.....we are more bacteria and viruses than our cells, beside hbv we have millions of bacteria and other viruses in our bodies, we live thanks to them

just check fibroscan and ast-alt and we can tell you which phase you are
