Antibiotics while on nucs

I was prescribed flucloxacillin 500 4/day (1 week) for a skin infection, but while reading the side effects, it looks like it can cause liver injury.
Since I'm on tenofovir, it's stressful to add any type of medicine, but I was curious if any of you have used in the past.
Thanks

Hi
I am on TAF since March.
I am facing skin cellulitis abscess. It is not healed completely. I completed two weeks ampoxin course of antibiotics. After week of antibiotics I did LFT. They are normal. I think if your baseline marker are within range. Then couple off weeks antibiotics won't make much difference.

I had a similar situation a couple of months ago when I needed to take Amoxicillin to avoid some infections after dental surgery (required because I have a neck surgery that could also see infection after dental surgery). I literally gained 20lbs in 2 weeks after I took it. The good news is, my AST & ALT did not flare up so I was ok.... but I'm almost certain the antibiotics caused some fatty liver and caused me to gain weight when I was on the track losing it. Mostly if it's a short term medication meaning for a week or two, you should be ok. It's when it becomes long term that you need to be concerned.
