I really like juicing organic raw vegitables,  gives me more energy, and makes me feel healthy.  I particularly like a mix of beets, kale, carrots, and apple.  Good source of antioxidants and anti- inflammatory.

Some info I found on beets.

Beets contain a new class of antioxidants called Betalains, which decrease oxidative stress and aid in detoxification.  Regular consumption of beets which contain betaine and polyphenols enhance the liver’s ability to product glutathione and superoxide dismutase, both key factors in daily detoxification.  Because of their powerful ability to enhance detoxification this studies showa protective benefit against toxic chemicals, like carcinogens.

In starting to read about bone broth. Not to sure about it yet but sounds interesting.

Fermented foods are really good for keeping good flora in the gut which helps digestion and boost the immune system.  I have read that vegitables that are fermented with a good probiotic can produce in the trillions of beneficial cultures, however I am not sure about the source and haven't had a chance to look into it further.  If you don't like fermented foods a good probiotic capsul should work.

I am also a big fan of coconut oil, although my triglycerides were high last time I went to the doctor so I may have to cut my intake in half.

I am really happy coffee is good for the liver as I love coffee,

Avacado, dandelion in my salad yum.

Some of the foods I have grown to like...
