Chronic Hep B on Tenofovir - 2 years - How to boost platelets level
What's the best way to boost my platelets level? I occasionally take vitd 5000u. My Hep B well controlled. Undetectable for almost 2 years. Low viral level prior to treatment and 4.4 Kpa Fibroscan back in 2017. Current HBSag is down 2200 from 3100. Platelet trending down although i have experienced low platelets level prior to starting Tenofovir. US appears normal. ALT/AST 26/17 respectively. Thank you.
