Can I get Hep B or C for sharing drinks with open sore

Can I get Hepatitis B or C for sharing a couple drinks with someone while I had an open sore inside muy mouth?
I read online that i'ts not possible to get Hepatitis B or C for sharing a drinks but since I had an open sore inside my mouth it scares me.
I'm having really bad anxiety about it.

You sure you are not one giving out hep b and hepatitis c. With your open sore, you could pass aids, hepatitis b and hepatitis c and herpes with the person you shared the drink with.

Please let the person know of the risk.
