Can plasma transfusion with antibodies not be effective in treating hbv?

By taking plasma from a person who has developed antibodies against hbv, can it not be cured.

no hbsag is too high, you may use hbsab when it is very low like 10-100iu/ml.it is also important to consider that immune responses to viruses are not made by antibodies only
