Can the result of fibroscan can improve by taking antiviral + Vitamin E Tablet

I have chronic hepatitis B. Taking antiviral Tenvir from one year. Recently when I tested for fibroscan, score was 12. Doctor recommended me vitamine E Tablet twice daily with antiviral. Can the result of fibroscan improve by taking vitamine E tablet?
