Can you be infected with hepatitis after taking the vaccine shot?

I want to know if i can be infected  after taking first vaccine shot, but hasn't go for the 2nd and third

In some condition s like using steroids right after vaccine may give neg result.. be sure before taking vaccine take it from reputed hospital support Ed by qualified doctor s

The vaccine cannot give you hepatitis, if that is what you are asking.  If you want to develop full immunity, you should have the entire series of vaccines, not just the first one in the series.  If it has been a long time since you had the first vaccine, you may have to start over.  The best person to ask is your doctor, but if you have only had one in the series, it is not likely that you are fully immune, and you could contract hepatitis.
