Can't figure out if I have hep B

Surface Antibody test shows=42
Surface antigen test shows= non reactive
Do i hv hep B
Plz suggest

Good news, you don't have Hepatitis B. The surface antigen test being non reactive says clearly that HEP B wasn't found.  That's a firm negative.  The surface antibody number of 42 is great. Anything more than 12 is considered protective.  So, you do not have Hep B.  Rest easy.
