Digging trash

Hi...
So this morning i was digging a trash can looking for my things that i accidently throw so on the trash can contain foods, used tissue dry and wet, and a bit red on the tissue but after that i imidietly wash my hands
So my question is:
1.if the red things is a blood can i infected by hepatitis a b c or else?
2.or hiv risk?
3.Am i thinking irattionally?
