You have no HBSaG and you have what seems like might be antibodies to the virus (means you are immune). While there are no numbers behind your tests and it either says positive or negative or more than normal range, you are in the clear. Also, you do not have HIV according to this test. Thanks and good luck on your journey!

It is pretty simple answer. The following test from Feb 2018 says you have HepB.

Test Name: Hepatitis B Virus Surface Ab
Result: POSITIVE Higher Than Normal

That is positive for ANITBODIES!! You are confusing this with HBsAg (Hepatitis B surface antigen) which shows NEGATIVE on the Dec 2017 lab:

http://www.hepb.org/prevention-and-diagnosis/diagnosis/hbv-blood-tests/

anti-HBs or HBsAb (Hepatitis B surface antibody) - A "positive" or "reactive" anti-HBs (or HBsAb) test result indicates that a person is protected against the hepatitis B virus. This protection can be the result of receiving the hepatitis B vaccine or successfully recovering from a past hepatitis B infection. This test is not routinely included in blood bank screenings. A positive anti-HBs (or HBsAb) test result means you are “immune” and protected against the hepatitis B virus and cannot be infected. You are not infected and cannot spread hepatitis B to others.

Base on this result you have recovered from past Hep B infection. Your result for HBcAb which certified on 27/12/2017 shows positive while at the same time your HBsAg shows negative. Congrats!!!
