Is it ok or really something bad? Please comment

good, but take also fibroscan

Make sure you take a fibroscan and continue monitoring the virus from time to time.

it indicates that virus is active but not very much active at the moment. As long as it is bellow 2000 IU/ml its activity is deemed to be low. You need to measure ALT and do Fibroscan to get a better picture what is going on.
You'll also need to be repeating DNA tests from time to time to see whether it goes up (or down) as it can fluctuate.

hbvdna alone means nothing
