HBsAg Reactive

Hello everyone..
Recently I have to take a medical exam. I am applying as an OFW in Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to.

Below is the result for my Hepatitis test. (Microelisa)

HBsAg  (REACTIVE)
cut-off Value (0.131)
patient's count (2.50)

and then,, after 8 days.. I go to a different hospital to confirm my hepatitis test. And this is the result

HBsAg  (REACTIVE)
Result 10440
Unit COI
Normal Range  <1.00

Any advice?
I am 38 years old, male 167cm height, 120 lbs.
I am not feeling sick.
although I had nausea, dizziness and nervousness lately but not very often. maybe twice a year
I can jog a 5 mile road and not feeling sick at all.
I can say I'm very frustrated but not depress.

No hbsag quant in coi is an obsolete test now a days it only tells u r infected or not so u need hbsag in iu/m which will tell u the viral load in ur liver cells.
