HBsAg inconclusive

Hey everybody. I’ve been positive to hepatitis B for roughly four years now. I took entecavir for two years and now have been taking tenofovir for eight months. I’ve been always both HBsAg and HBsAb positive, but my last test for HBsAg was inconclusive. Has anybody seen anything like that before? My HBV DNA PCR has been undetectable for over a year and also my HBeAg has cleared recently. Thanks in advance.

Yours is a very rare situation as you are probably aware.

But for hbsag to go from reactive to inconclusive is probably a step in the right direction

Just my opinion im not a doctor
