Looking at your results, I would guess you are in the immune escape phase, also known as HbeAg negative chronic hepatitis,  and treatment is strongly recommended. Your ALT and AST are both high and above the upper normal limits. Your AST is higher than your ALT, this may suggest some muscle damage or inflammation. Do you drink? You should discuss with your doctor. Your HBVDNA is above 2,000 iu/ml, so treatment is indicated. There are excellent antivirals, like Entecavir or Tenofovir to treat your conditions, to bring down the viral load and prevent disease progression. See your doctor. These are my opinions, as I don’t know your medical history.
All the best.
