Hepatitis b is very difficult for adults to get. I am yet to see a hepatitis b carrier who have infected the partner. I have been a hepatitis b carrier from birth but my wife never had it and we have 3 kids.

Your wife can have a baby and the baby will not have hepatitis b. When the baby is born they need to give him/her the injection within 12 hours or so.

I advise you to check your antibodies and if you are not immune to hepatitis b you have to take your vaccines and you will be protected for life.

Don't think your wife was promiscuous that's why she had hepatitis b. 95% of hepatitis b carriers had it as kids and hepatitis b has nothing to do with promiscuity.
