Any supplements/medications along with Vemlidy to take for liver itching ?

As I continue on with Vemlidy treatment, I've noticed I've been getting more itchiness lately and mainly because of a poor diet over time (which lead to drastic weight gain for me). While I understand a better diet will help with this in the long run, and I have been working on this for the past 2-3 weeks now and will continue on, there are times when I may slip on the diet and then the itchiness increases due to the fatty foods.

I want to bring this up to my doctor. It used to be a lot worse many years ago then decreased and has remained mostly the same until I get on a bad path again. I know exercise does help but I am at a point where I may be facing a disability due to issues and surgeries to my neck.

So that leads me to this question. Has anyone used any supplements or been on a specific medication that has helped or completely gotten rid of the itching? Thanks in advance!

I ve used allergy meds, specifically Benadryl.  I ve uses generic brand from Costco.  I get itch and red spots whenever I get hot, contact with certain trees and grass
