I just done below hbv test to get vaccinated against the Hbv.  But surprisingly, antibody result came with below variable and not sure did I was vaccinated during childhood/cannot remember.

HbsAg- Negative
Anti Hbs - 65 miu/ml

Is this Anti hbs value means actual past infection/ got them vaccination?

Kindly someone help.

Anti-hbs is your immunity either from vaccination or from being exposed to hbsag (hep b) and clearing it,

In a nut shell, you don't have hep b as your hbsag is negative and you are immune from catching it, but the titer will fall over years and you won't be protected so check yearly and get a booster  :)
