Hep B surface antigen test result from 28 days post exposure is negative

Hi Dr, I am a male and afraid of a recent exposure from CSW from an unprotected oral sex with ejaculation in her mouth that happened around 5 weeks ago.
I am worried about Hep B infection through this unprotected sex exposure.
I had my Hep B surface antigen done at 28 days post infection and the result i got was Non-reactive.
1)May I know what is the risk of Hep B i get from this exposure ?
2) How reliable was the result i got from the Hep B surface antigen at 28 days ?
3) What is the window period for the Hep B surface antigen ?
4) Should i get vaccinated now ? as i plan to do another Hep B surface antigen test on 8 weeks.
5) If i get vaccinated now with the Non reactive result, will it help to protect me if i am infected with Hep B from this unprotected oral sex that just not yet show up positive in the test result ?

I was vaccinated of Hep B since infant, and the the surface antibody is not detected now in my blood and i am 23 years old, will this vaccination still be effective when i read from a number of sources that stated that even when the hep B antibody level fall below detectable tire, it still will provide memory response if i am infected again.
