There is a good hepatologist in national kidney institute, Dr. Mark anthony de lusong. He is very straightforward , mabait and will give you all the options you need -treatments, etc. he also encourages his patients to read a lot about their health and condition since a healthier body can be achieved if the person knows how to take care of himself and not just rely on the doctor.

Fibroscan - available also in Medical City, it cost around 3600+ Php, but you need to consult to a doctor first i guess, just visit the hospital and ask in the liver center.
HBsAg Quantification - only availble in Hi Precision Lab (haven't consulted it yet but Engr_JDelacruz mentioned it's around 500 - 1000 Php)
HBVDNA PCR in iu/ml or copies/ml - available in Hi Precision Lab (around 5K Php)
