Hep b core positive. All other results were negative?

Hey!

Was hoping to get some information on a hepatitis b test result I recently had! I had a routine test done for all stds and one of my Hepatitis B tests came back positive below are the results. I did have the vaccine when I was around 9-10 years old

Hep b antigen - negative
Hep b virus PCR- negative
Anti- hbs- 0
Hep B Core- positive
Hep b core IGM- Negative
Hep B E-Antigen - Negative
Hep B E-antibody - negative

I then got retested because they expected a false positive but the same result came back about a month after. Now I am super worried. The doctor told me there was nothing to worry about as my body has cleared the infection. Can you guys give me a second opinion? Or some advice!

My advice for you is to get vaccine against hep b.
You had infection in the past, you cleared but no antibodies against the virus.
Do it asap then check hbsAb after 6 months.

Good luck!
