Hepatitis B & C tests negative but ALT is mildly elevated (96)

Have recently taken hbsag, hbcab Total, hbsab and Anti HCV tests at 8 months post possible exposure. All tests are negative but my ALT (96) is mildly elevated which is getting me worried. Had been on antibiotics for a week before taking ALT test. What could be the reason for elevated ALT? Could all the test results be false negatives?
