despite of all the new news every hbver still speculates "will there ever be a cure and when the day will come, very common query, answer is unpredictable but still raising this question everytime gives some sort of content in self and to the readers too,, i think ;) ha ha ha" :)
yes both for nucs or peg
nucs clear only A and D
D hardest to clear hbsag on peg
as to response for IL28B917 (rs8099917)TT and HLA-DPB1 535 i dont remember but being an italian study its probably D
Any difference with genotype? Sorry being lazy using my phone and not able to open the study
interesting video, thanks for sharing. also i wonder how far birinpant has gone with there research on hep b.
nice presentation, thanks
what is the reason of non response to ifn at molecular/cellular level?
many answers, quantity of hbsag and hbvdna which are able to block interferon pathways
genetic, not having IL28B917 (rs8099917)TT and HLA-DPB1 535
no immune response to hbv because intf just boosts a weak immune response already present
but in the end the hsag quantity and hbvdna quantity are the main factors for non response
IL28B917 (rs8099917)TT is easily available at synlabs and i know i have it
i dont know yet which commercial labs can make HLA-DPB1 535, i think it is important to have this data
as i see from lampertico presentation IL28B917 (rs8099917)TT gives a little help in response too but not that much
excellent presentation...thx Stef
