Hepatitis B immunity after contacting it

5 years ago after i tested positive for HBV, my wife tested negative, but she had antibodies: 511 UI.
She had no vaccine at least 5 years prior to that test, so we just assumed she got it from me
Last year her antibodies came back around 70 UI.
Now, i thought that she was suppose to be immunised for life if she contacted the virus from me, is it normal for the antibodies to be that low ?
The doctor never mentioned her to have a vaccine.
For people who had this issue brought up, what did your doctor said ?

Hopefully you are right. She has been really sick this past month. Bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, continuous Belching, and her blood tests only revealed Bilirubin 24 ( normal range - maximum 21). We will just follow up and retest her status for piece of mind, hopefully she is immune as she has been for the past 5 years. Cannot pin point a cause for high bilirubin at the moment, we're just re-testing it in 2 weeks.

antibodies 70 is not low and having very high antibodies is not good, it means you may still have residual virus around.she is perfectly fine and immune
