Hepatitis b acute or cronic

my wife hbsag value is 483 iu/ml but iam not effected that virus.
my wife test date is 18/04/2016 in that they show the value is Positive(7010 CMIA test) after 2 months recheck value showes 483 iu/ml
please help to me we are so sad for that.

That's great that hbv dna is negative. She is veeeery low infectionous. If ALT is all the time normal and fibroscan is F0/F1 than she is inactive carrier according to those results.
She has 2-3% chance per year to clear the virus without any treatment but she should do liver ultrasound at least once a year even if she will clear the virus.

She should also know her HBeAg status, but I guess it's negative with hbv dna und.

If it's quantitive result, I guess it is because its in IU, that's very low, so good result, there is a chance to clear naturally after some years.
Did she make hbv dna quntitive test too ?
