My HBe Ag result was negative n Anti HBe positive value (0.1) n HBV DNA viral load is 19,000 IU/ml log 10 value is 4.27 is that acute r cronical n what is the risk of this test result n is this curabule

You are HbeAg negative with a viral load of 19,000 iu/ml. Without more details, it is difficult to ascertain whether you are acute or chronic. My guess would be that you are chronic. Your viral load is high for HBeAg negative, so you should check your liver function (especially ALT), and have a fibroscan to determine whether treatment is required or not.
