I'm taking viread for 1month

I want to know..if continue taking this..viread.my liver is going to serious damage?.my lab result before taking viread.
Hbv DNA - 170 million
Sgpt - 200
Hbeag - reactive
After 1 one month of taking tdf.
Hbv DNA - 100,000 something..
Hbeag - reactive
Sgpt - 337

Plss answer me.. I'm 27 yrs. of age.male from Philippines. I was detected last 2008.and  I just start taking this anti viral medicine.Jan 14,2016. Plss I need ur advise.

When your hbeag is  positif ,with dna greater than 20.000ui/ml with double high alt than normal , you need treatment , your Doctor is an experience doctor . As stef2011 said , if you have very high chances to clear your virus , and if you stop treatment you are death

For my case  after 1 month (viread), I want to know if this alt increasing is normal?and why is this happen..?and for those people here who are taking tdf.you were experienced same like this.so what happen the next month.?if u were experienced like mine.please share your experienced..tnx in advance

Tnx stef,I read comment from u that I have chance to get rid all virus that I had In my blood or become undetectable.and also in my liver.if I've genotype A or D?.how do I knw what type of genotype I am?.what name of the test ?.is it available in the Philippines.?and for my sgpt its 373 not 337(wrong type).my doctor said.we need to monitor my sgpt after a month.

by the way you are hbeag pos if genotype A or D you have a chance of definitive cure, hbsag will lower, by 3 years there is already 16% clearance of hbsag

genotype A has the best response

alt are a problem only if you have cirrhosis and they go over 1000, i dont think you have cirrhosis and you will never reach alt 1000 but if so lucky that s enough to cure hbv when hbvdna und

if you stop it you are going to face serious damage, you are lucky your alt are increasing this means your are clearing a lot of virus and by few months hbvdna will be undetectable and all the liver damage you had in your life will start slowly repairing
