Is it harmful to increase endurance while doing sport for hepb patients

Dear Forum,
I am hepb carrier. 36 male. last year fibroscan result f0-f1 limit (7kpa).
hepb is under surveillance of my doctor
no medication started yet.
I am cycling / running lover
I am not professional
but in order to improve, I need to push my limits while I am cycling and running.
I am not using any chemicals for sport only organic products.
would pushing my limits be harmful to liver  ?

do you have any experience ?

Use common sense increases should be incremental and use periodizatin principles. If you start feeling ill stop!

You can use carb depletion and carb loading principles will do no harm.

As long as your NOT using performance enhancing chemicals you should be ok.
