Is it possible that I will become HBSAG positive again?

March 2019 I was diagnosed as Hepa B positive and was given tenofovir as medication. After 1 gear and 7 months I went back to the hospital and checked my status. So kn October 2020, my results are:
Hbsag < 0.03 ( negative)
Hbsab 7.12 ( negative)
Hbeag <0.04 (negative)
Hbeab  10 (positive)

Last dec 2020 my results are same except that Hbsab 11.22 (positive)

My question is, Is it posible that Hbsag will become positive again?

It sounds like it is good news that you have developed hbv immunity, the way I understand from my dr, the hbv virus is still exist in the body, small amount, and the body has identified and developed hbv surface anti-body to fight it, you will get hbv surface antigens positive again when your immune system is being suppressed by steroid or any immune suppression medication, if that is unfortunate, just have to retake the hbv pill again daily to keep hbv surface antigens negative , it has been 5 years since my hbv surface antigens became negative, hbv surface antibody became positive, and still are.

When do you get checked after stopping antivirals? I have stopped  antivirals for 6 months now. I am currently experiencing pimple like bumps/rash on my lower part of the body. I wonder if this is a sign of relapse. I wanted to have a check again but Im living in a foreign country that and new city so I have no idea where to get check or if hospitals have English speaking doctors.
@bm2016. I just had a test and shows my hep b surface antibody becomes low. From 20 down to 5.44 mIU/ml. Is this a bad sign? Am I going to relapse? What should I do?

Did you go for check up every 6 months while on tdf or you took it for one year seven months before going in for check up.?

Last October 2020, my HBSAG became negative but my HBSAB is still negative so doctor said let us observe for another 6 months and advised me to continue medicine til february 2021. But since Im paranoid I had another test last dec 2020 and it shows that i have now a reactive HBSAb. I have eventually stopped tenofovir Feb 2021. Last saturday i did another Quantitative test and still negative with HBSAG and my HBSAb has increased. 20.8 now.
It was 8 months after the doctor put me on tenofovir that i had another round of test. HBSAG still positive then and hbv dna are so low but still detected.
you could try HBIG or hbv vaccine, your hbsab is still negative because you still have too much hbsag (which the test cannot detect but it is still there to neutralize your hbsab)
Thanks Stef. My HBSAb is now reactive with a value of 20.8. I stopped tenofovir for 6 months now. Should I still go for HBIG?
were you taking just tdf? can you remember your nutrition programe during treatment ? you are too lucky , but i think there is somthing you were constantly eating  during treatment that  helped tdf to react more positively
I have a gallbladder stone too so Im really conscious with taking oily and dairy products. But would always have black coffee, like eating green pepper, broccoli and oh I take vit C always. Twice a day. Thats all.

What was the level of your dna before treatement with tdf . are you sure you were chronic and active . ? or you just contracted the virus and your body rejected it .

I forgot the exact number but it was so high and doctor put me on tenovofir for 1 year and 7 months. After 8 months of taking tenofovir it went down but still detectable as I could remember. But when I had another test after 1 year and 7 months HBSAG AND HBEAG are negative and hbc dna undetectable
*hbv dna

Take vitamin E and your Hbeab will become negative. Also, drinka cup of coffee 3 times a week and you will become totally negative. Coffee kills hepatitis B. But do not drink too much coffee. Just 3 times a week.
