They will not declare it a false positive because infectious disease doc says there’s only one way to get a reactive antigen. I was vaccinated in 2002 and HBSAG positive when I delivered my baby in 2016. Considered immune (titres checked in 2013 and immune. Had negative tests in 2011 and 2013 for previous pregnancies).
They will only keep tabs on viral load and refuse to look further. I’ve gone through 3 doctors because the labs don’t make sense.
