Liver Biopsy vs Fibroscan results- correlation
How soon can you progress to Liver cirrhosis even if you're on treatment?
what's the correlation between liver biopsy and Fibroscan. My last biopsy was GRADE 2, STAGE 1 around 08/2015 and Fibroscan was 4.7 and 4.4 in 2017. Is it possible that liver damage could be progressing with normal AST/ALT 20/22 - DNA <10 IU/mL and HBSag - 2211. I'm 45 and don't know when i acquired the disease. Nobody in my family has Hep B as far as i know.

I m in the same boat. Same age and only one in the family and don’t know how.
Are you on treatment? Don’t stress too much. Being anxious does not cure anything or change anything that’s going to happen.
I get ultrasound sound with HCC. With your fibroscan score you are good. My dr tells me people with cirrhosis has scores of 11-14. For cancer tumors it’s more accurate on biooor US
