Looking for advice

Hi.... my husband is due to see his hep Dr soon, is there anything i should be asking or tests my husband should be requesting?
He usually palms me off when i ask any questions and speaks to me like i am thick.
I asked him what my husband genotype was he say it doesnt really matter.
I asked him what mutations my husband had an he said its irrelevant. My husband is happy to go by whatever he says .
I dont know if i trust him fully.
Anyway my husband has been on antivirals for 3 years now and dna undetectable since then.
When should he request another fibrosis test?
When he had one 3 years ago it was 12kpa stage F3 his viral load was 320000 not sure if that was ml or IU he is hbeag neg and genotype C2 ( i requested his results) cant remember what mutation it was and dr wasnt prepared to remind me.  He is 39 years old and until recently has been chronically ill with digestion problems ( constipation and vomiting) ... Dr just doesnt seem to care and said since his alt and ast levels are now very good liver damage should be reversed ..  i cant belive that you can go from F3 to no liver damage in 3 years can you??
