MEANING OF THE ULTRASOUND RESULT

Am 37yrs old male reside in Africa With chronic hepatitis b hbeag -ve infection probably from childhood but I get to know I av it 10yrs ago I did ultrasound ultrasound yesterday below is the result ; linear measurement 13.2cm in span with regular margins however the parenchymal echopattern is minimally increased and slightly coarse, the hepatobiliary ducts and vascular channels are preserved. The gall bladder is well distended with sonolucant bile it's wall thickness and outline are normal . No stone or sludge is seen. Pancreas and spleen are preserved. The demonstrated bowel loops are within normal limit , there is no ascites .   Impression : sonographic features are suggestive of chronic liver disease ( early phase)   Liver function test AST 10.9 U/L, ALT 7.7 U/L, ALK PHOSPHATE 133U/lL  , Total bilirubin 1.1mg/dl, direct bilirubin 0.4mg/dl. I have no systomps presently very healthy my last ultrasound scan was normal am presently on livolin capsule twice dialy, am worry I want to know the interpretation of the scan result . What stage is my liver now and how bad or good is the result , can the coarse be reversible with treatment . Am expecting viral load result in two weeks

Thanks @stef2011 I reside in Africa, what should I do now to know the extend of damage and if any is it reversible most gasentrologist here are not knowledgeable about the management of the disease please I need your help so that I can live a normal life to the fullnest. The only thing the doctor gave me is livolin forte twice a day . Should I continue or I should stop taking it?

the test you did are useless to know liver damage, only fibroscan or biopsy can tell us how liver is

hbsag quant in iu/ml, hbeag and hbvdna quant can tell how infections status is, liver damage is indipendent to infection status, most patients have no or little liver damage
