My fiance has chronic Hep B

My fiancé has chronic Hep B and I currently have acute Hep B, at least I hope it's acute. I am feeling better now and my liver enzyme levels are dropping. From what I read, if the virus clears my system then I am immune and can't get the virus again. I'm wondering about having sex with my fiancé again. We want to have a baby eventually. Since I've had the virus, is it ok to have unprotected sex with her again? Is there any risks? Should I wait until the virus completely clears my system? I don't know. I'm just looking for anyone who has had some experience.

Hello! If you clear Ag HBS and you develop antibodies you will be fine. You can have unprotected sex because you can't be infected anymore.
If you don't develop enough antibodies, you can vaccinate yourself.

Anyway, good look on clearing Ag HBS. The odds are in your favour, given that 95% of acute infections in adults will clear by themselves.

Thank  you for the response.  Do you know if I risk further infection by my girlfriend while I am in the acute (hopefully) phase? Assuming I currently have acute Hep B, can I get more Hep B, for lack of a better way of saying it. Am I putting myself at further risk by having protected sex and kissing my girlfriend who has chronic hep b, while I am waiting on my acute to clear?
