Needle prick incident

Can someone please give me advice: I’m going out of my mind with worry and I can’t stop crying. To the point I don’t want to go back to work. I work in Heslth care, more home care base. I look after an old couple whom requires insulin, she doesn’t know how to put it, so generally I help her. After she used it , I was clearly the table and went to dispose of her needle cap and the needle pricked me, some how the needle was bent and it went right through the cap. I quickly took my gloves off and tried to take out as much as blood as possible under running water. I also went for my first baseline blood test. And had two vaccines prior to her b but didn’t complete the third dose as I’m not due now. I’m so scared I have contacted hepatitis, I’m not sure what she has . But I’m suffering from a great deal of anxiety about the incident and what I might have contracted. I can’t get ahold of my dr to tell her my concern so I don’t have anyone to talk to about this. I’m generally in good health and don’t have any under lying issues. I can’t stop crying, I also have four kids to look after which I’m trying my best for them not to see my anxiety.

You have more than 95% you are good.  Aren’t you worried about hep c, or hiv.  Do you even know that person who the needle belong to has hep b.

Any concerns of Covid-19?
