Non alcohol beer

Hi !

How bad it is to drink, let say 1 beer monthly without alcohol. There are relevant studies? How can the liver be damaged from this beers with 0% alcohol. Thanks!

I'am not interested in alcohol. I want to know how non alcoholic beer can be a problem. I know it can have a small % of alcohol but i m talking about 0% alcohol.

You can have an ALCOHOL beer once a week or twice and it will not damage your liver for sure.
