I wouldn't worry too much about this. I've had this pain for several years and it goes away with foods. I also have a kidney cyst - no cause for concern. Several people have kidney cyst and don't even know it. Try to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Also, make sure to see a GI to rule out any other condition.
