Please could anybody explain these results to me?

I didn't realize that on Oct 10 2017 , my medical results show positive HbsAg. Later on June 8 2018 I did the same test for student visa and it was positive still.
The results are as follows:

HBV-DNA  1.23E+3
HBsAg       2196.05               IU/ml
HbsAb       <2.000                 mIU/ml
hbeag          0.110                 S/C0
hbeab          99.8                   INH%
hbcab          15.920               S/C0

I don't understand any of the above. Doctor said go home and come back later.
She said I must be a new carier, But I can't really tell. If I am suspecting anything, It could have been in 2013 otherwise later

Could anybody explain things to me?

Thanks
