Please help me understand my result. I'm so worried.

My HBV DNA viral load (Real-time PCR):
Molecular- Infectious Diseases Detected
3.9E+03 copies/ml (3.60 LOG)
533 IU/mL (2.73LOG)

Lower Detection Limit for HBV real-time PCR: 100 copies (2.00 LOG) or 13.5 IU/mL (1.13 LOG)

Thank you.

Just from my experience don't count a single viral load test as a good test. Mine fluctuate between 300 and 20000 in 1 week

What do you mean? I just found last week that I have HPV but I don't have any symptoms. The doctor says that I have it for so Long now.
I mean HBV..

Not enough info to say. Your hbv virus is low however it could be fluctuating. You need the following tests:

Alt
Ast
Hbsag quantitative is available
Fibroscan result
Ultrasound result
Hbeag pos or neg (you are most likely neg)
Vitamin d

Hi.. thank you for your answer. My other test results are:
ALT: 41
AST: 28
HBe antigen: non-reactive
Anti- HBe: reactive
Ultrasound: 1. Nosonographic evidence of liver cirrhosis or suspicious liver mass. 2. Mild hepatic steatosis.

I will get the result of my fibroscan on wednesday, does it means I am not infectious?
What is vitamin D test for?
Looks ok to me. Also check Vitamin D level. If low, then take medicines. Otherwise have a good diet that will improve ur immune system. Your viral load is low so don't worry. And, just note that i have seen cases of non-transmission if viral load is < 1000 IU/ML.
Thank you so much, I feel relief. Is it ok to take glutathione and vitamin c also? I will take vitamin D then. Coz I usually take multivitamins with everything in it.
I see You alat os little high.also you have steatos.........i dont want to make you afraid but see your do regularly
@flyinsky yes I will test my ALT every six months to monitor.
I would say, ALT is at boarder line. Upto 40 u/l is ok and you have 41 so i firly believe that in ur next test, it should be within limits. Avoid drinking liquor if u r doing so since it will create unrest in liver. Multivitamin sounds ok to me but Vitamin D & Calcium must be taken separately if the same are low. I would recommend you to do LFT & Vitamin tests every 6 months and ultrasound every year unless you feel anything alarming. Besides, HBV DNA test needs to be done every year to see the viral load status. HBeAg and HBeAb can be checked right now and i feel that they should be ok.
Also, do the lipid profile test to know your cholesterol level. Have green tea with honey once daily at anytime. @flyinsky suggested for black seeds with honey once daily. This can also be taken. No harm at all. All are natural that will help liver function better and increase immune system.
