Really Confused On Results - PLEASE HELP ??

First of all I would like to appreciate your entire efforts toward running this forum.

I am really confuse of my recently Hep B test results !

My results are following,

HBsAg = Non Reactive
Hepatitis B Core Ab = Reactive
Hep B Core Antib IgM = Non Reactive

I got tested through privately and they said all results are fine.

I have following questions,

Am I cleared from the Hep B Virus ?
Can I pass Hep B to others peoples based on my test results

Yes, you had an acute HBV infection and recovered completely. That is, you don't have chronic HBV. You cannot infect others with HBV, as you have cleared the virus, just like over 90% of adults who were exposed to the HBV virus.
In the future, if you were under treatments that may affect your innate immunity, such as cancer treatments, your doctors may prescribe HBV antiviral as a precaution.

Thanks a lot StephenCastlecrag, I feel really happy now.
Can I get HEP B vaccination to prevent  from future exposures ?
Regards
I read in a recent paper that you can do the followings:
1. Take the first dose of the HBV vaccine and check your HBsAb. If it is over 10 IU/L, then are you immune. No need to take further doses.
2. If less than 10 IU/L, then you should complete the 3-dose series and recheck your HBsAB.
3. If it is > 10 IU/L, then you are immune.
4. If not, you should consult your doctor and check your hbvdna using a sensitive assay to rule out occult HBV.

I am not a doctor, just my opinion. All the best.
Thanks for your prompt response.
Recently I had my complete blood test done as routine, they did mine blood tests for liver function those tests came back normal.
