Hepatitis B and CBD

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone here with chronic HBV has been using CBD (Cannabidiol) and know if it is fine to take it given our condition?
I have been taking entecavir for the past few years and my lab results are all fine.
I have asked my doctor about weed and he doesnt recommend in general but says that there is no specific issue with hbv. Since cbd is in weed as well, im assuming it is fine too.
But lately i have started to use cbd daily to cope with life stress and anxiety which really helps me, but i havent had a chance to ask my doctor, since I only see him twice a year or so.
I was wondering if anyone here has some inputs in this topic.
