Tenofovir alafenamide cause more dyslipidemia than tdf
This is to inform all those who have shifted to taf from tdf. Taf causes more severe dyslipidemia (abnormal blood lipid levels) than tdf. This is more concern for those people who have diabetes or cardio vascular diseases. So keep monitoring ur lipid profile at regular intervals.

Ahhh I've noticed my Cholesterol levels went up a bit too, but then again I have a poor diet. I've seen it also normalized on a better diet. Mine has always been "borderline high" since before I started any meds and remains there, but went a little above it last time. I think the better diet will go a long way again and I need to get back on track. Thanks for keeping us informed!
Yes this is important, Cholesterol can go up on TAF (vemlidy). Thanks for bringing this up.
