Unfit to work because of hepa B

may tanong lang po ako.  I just found out this afternoon na hepa B reactive upon follow up on my application as sales agent here in the philippines. and the HR told me na pumunta sa St. George Medical  para malaman ung medical condition ko.and I found out na Hepa B reactive nga ako..then told me na 4,500 nga ung kailangan for futher test at marefer nila ako sa doctor sa MCU para makakuha ako ng gastro clearance.I ask 1 of the staff kung unfit to work ba talaga if hepa B reactive ka? and she said yes kasi nakakahawa daw ang sakit ko..my question is ganun ba talaga na unfit to work ang isang tao na hepa B reactive?? as far as i know through blood contact ang transmission ng sakit bakit pati pag aahente hindi pwede?
