Is this a risk?

I had protected sex with a female friend about 2 months ago but the night before I had a small cut from shaving I didn't notice the cut and the sex didn't last long is this a risk for hep?

Have you asked your friend if she has any stds?  Honestly, I really don't think you have anything to worry about from the incident.

I am from the US and when people get jaundice is it on the whole eye ball or parts of it?

you had protected sex so your risk is very minimal.  Where are you from?  Are you from the US?  Hep B is not that common in the US compared to other parts of the world.

the cut happened at the base of the penis and was not covered by the condom!
