chroninc hep b halucinations

Hi just got diagnosed with chronic hep b and was at the doctor 10 days ago.All my liver tests i mean all came back at the right levels no any also alt/als levels are normal,we did ultra sound and came back good.
Last Friday i had some beef and at night start feeling disoriented and hallucinating.I was so afraid that i changed my diet to eggs honey and milk only.I was  extremely tired first thing in the morning but i did not experience any hallucinations and my sleep improved.

However ,i decided to have some chicken and rice for dinner last night and i spent all nite up since every time i close my eyes i would start to hallucinate really bed.

My question is if all my tests are good why do i have this problem since last Friday.
I was online most of the time last night and found about hepatic encephalopathy  and drug xifaxan 550.

If anyone have any ideas please let me  know asap.
Thank you.

hbv has no symptoms like that while liver failure does.you must be tested by fibroscan as soon as possible so you can see the level of damge your liver has

hepatitistechnologies supplements mayhelp in case of cirrhosis and hbvdna must be kept undetactable by tenofovir or entecavir if there is liver damage.

in US you dont have fibroscan (you are 10 years abolete compared to the rest of the world just making patients fool by FDA saying fibroscan is not reliable while the rest of the world dont....) so your only option remains biopsy which is not precise, can t tell level of damage within cirrhosis level and may have extremely low death risk...

be sure to get one of the most expert liver specialist in your area (most are ignorant and not updated) and if blood tests are already bad avoid biospy

this said you may easily have perfect liver and all that due to other causes, check also the forum for healthy food, that s the base for a healthy liver.no fats, no meat unless white, only fresh food/vegetables rich of antioxidants these are the rules to be healthy for anybody not only hbvers
