hbv chronic

Hi all,
I am very new and don't know much about hbv chronic and how it affects,
Well my gf has chronic hbv,she is 18 now, and I want to marry her in future, is there any medications or treatments available to cure this completely? Or it will be soon available? I cannot leave her ever, so I want to find a way out or a solution for it,kindly help

Hepatitis B is a chronic disease, not a death sentence. There is no cure at the moment, but there are excellent treatments (taking a pill daily or a finite course of weekly injection) to prevent the disease from progressing to a serious stage. Not all patients require treatment immediately, but all should be monitored regularly by a experienced liver doctor, and start treatment when it is necessary. You, yourself should get vaccinated against HBV. Your gf is normal just the same as everyone else.
Yes, doctors are working on a cure.
