HBV viral load

< 20 IU/mL
< 116 copies/mL

The detectable range with this method is 20 - 170,000,000 IU/mL
(116 - 989,400,000 Copies/mL)
The method used for HBV Viral Load PCR is COBAS® AmpliPrep/COBAS® TaqMan®
HBV DNA Test, Version 2.0
A viral load lower than 20 IU/mL may be detected, but not accurately
quantified.
The quantification is homogeneous for all HBV genotypes tested.
The COBAS® AmpliPrep/COBAS® TaqMan® HBV DNA Test is not intended for use
as a screening test for blood or blood products for the presence of HBV
or as a diagnostic test to confirm the presence of HBV infection.
Test results are best interpreted by Clinician or a qualified health care
provider.

Before taking another antiviral drug its better if you consult another doctor preferably a hepatologist.  you may want to try dr. jose solano or dra eternity labio.  with regard to hi precision clinic, you can just google it because it has a lot of branches already even outside manila.  call them to inquire about the cost of their labtest ( its affordable)

You know more than your doctor. Clevudine has well-known side effects and only approved for use in very few countries. Lamivudine has high rate of drug resistance and is no longer recommended. Use Tenofovir or Entecavir, get rid of your doctor, find another one from the Yellow Warriors Society of Philippines.
