Hi, in my view most guidelines do not recommend treatment for your status of hbv. However each patient is unique, and the decision of when to treat is taken by your hepatologist based on the status of your liver health as well as the guidelines of the country you live in.

Hi, I would say your hbv infection is not that serious. You have normal fibroscan, meaning you do not have liver injury; your liver enzymes are also normal, and hbv dna is at low level. All these means your immune system is keeping the infection under control, just like most of us chronic hbvers. So nothing to worry about; just try to live a healthy lifestyle, limiting alcohol, avoiding smoking, exercise regularly. Aslo make sure your sexual partner, and those who live with you get the hbv vaccination for the sake of preventing transmission. You just need to monitor your hbv status regularly.
