liver cancer risk cut 72% by hi coffee consumption

European Study Confirms Coffee Dramatically Lowers Liver Cancer Risk

Researchers took data from a large European study that examined the link between cancer and nutrition in 486,799 people over an 11-year period and found that those who drank tea and coffee remained at lower risk of liver cancer.

Researchers, reporting in the September issue of the International Journal of Cancer, identified 201 liver cancer cases in the study and studied the coffee and tea intake among the participants.

"We found that increased coffee and tea intakes were consistently associated with lower liver cancer risk," they wrote, and the risk reduction was significant. Those who drank lots of caffeinated coffee had a 72% reduced risk of liver cancer. (Decaffeinated coffee apparently did not confer the same protection against cancer.)

"Results from this multi-center, European cohort study strengthen the existing evidence regarding the inverse association between coffee and tea and liver cancer risk," they wrote. "…[O]ur results could have important implications for high liver cancer-risk subjects."

Also i didnt drink coffe at all because i heard that coffee rises blood presure and makes stomach problems, for now one i will trust only studies !

coffee with organic milk oat without any added sugar, vitamin. calcium

oat milk, at least the best organic brands available in italy/europe, is naturally sweet so i can mix half coffee (about 5-6 caps) and half oat milk with no sugar.some cheap organic brands i tried were disgusting but the best are very good

also rapunzel organic unsweetened cocoa mixed with oat milk is sweet with no need of sugar

But there is nowhere written that the study was conducted on patients with hepatitis b. Seems to me that the study refers to the healthy population.

good news, but too much coffee instead can also cause high blood presure, so must be a balance there i guess. the tea otherwise has no side effects whatsoever
