really depressed

hi u all
found out in 2008 that i am hep b positive my alt was 98= normal range=40 at that time and it came to 34 and now is 18.  i am positive for both e antigenn and antib...am really depressed and cant sleep for the last couple of weeks. please i need help.

check here to understand how hbv works, alt/ast and hbvdna pcr are more important, if both normal there is no liver damage so you have to worry less about the antigens and more about hbvdna/alt
